Al Masaood Bergum required a fully SIRA-compliant CCTV surveillance system for their warehouse and office facility at Dubai Investment Park. The objective was to ensure regulatory compliance while achieving complete security coverage across open warehouse areas and office spaces.

The warehouse’s open layout presented multiple infrastructure challenges, including:

Extensive civil and conduit work
Pulling fiber connections from multiple IDF locations to the MDF room
Routing backbone cabling through manholes and external wall conduits
Designing and installing custom camera poles for optimal coverage

Keenteq conducted a comprehensive site visit and SIRA guideline assessment to determine the exact surveillance requirements.

As per SIRA regulations:

Only IP cameras were permitted
Cameras installed above 4 meters required varifocal lenses (fixed lens cameras are allowed only below 4 meters)

Based on these specifications, Keenteq designed a solution using varifocal IP cameras positioned strategically across the site to ensure full coverage and compliance.

A complete NVR and Videoguard setup was implemented to enable seamless integration with the SIRA monitoring system. A detailed BOQ was prepared, and after technical discussions and negotiations, the project was awarded to Keenteq.
